Common questions, straight answers.

How do you charge?
Two flexible models: (1) a flat sourcing commission on the order value, or (2) a fixed service fee per project. We quote both upfront so you choose what works for the deal — never a surprise on the invoice.
Is there a minimum order size?
No mandatory MOQ from our side. We work with first-time importers ordering as little as a few hundred units, all the way up to full-container programs.
What if the goods arrive defective?
Because we run pre-shipment QC against AQL standards, defects are caught before goods leave the factory. If something does slip through, we own the resolution with the factory — refund, rework, or replacement.
Can you handle DDP including U.S. customs and duties?
Yes. DDP is our most popular Incoterm. We coordinate ocean/air freight, U.S. customs clearance, duty payment, and final-mile delivery to your warehouse, Amazon FBA, or 3PL.
How do I know the factory you pick is legit?
Every factory in our network is on-site audited. For new factories we'll send a fresh audit report — photos, video, capability profile — before you commit.
Do you protect my designs and IP?
Yes. We use NDA + IP-protection agreements with factories before sharing any of your designs or specs.
